Cancellation & Refund Policy
In line with providing our customers with the best quality and client experience, we have established a considerate cancellation and refund policy.
We plan each project by dividing work into milestones. All projects begin with a complete discovery and analysis phase, followed by the creation of a detailed scope of work document. This ensures both parties have a complete understanding of the work involved and helps eliminate the chances of project cancellations, reversals, or disputes.
As time and resources are invested in achieving every milestone and completing each module, refunds are not possible for work already completed.
Refund Guidelines:
Mutual Project Termination:
If a project is terminated mutually, the client retains rights to all completed work. Any further payments become void. However, previous payments or deposits are non-refundable.Design Approval Phase:
Once the client approves the design mockups and we move into development, no refund will be provided.Mid-Milestone Cancellations:
No partial refunds are available for projects canceled mid-way through a milestone.Special Offers & Promotional Packages:
Services provided under special marketing promotions or discounted packages are non-cancellable and non-refundable.SEO & Digital Marketing Services:
These services are non-refundable. However, clients may choose to cancel with a 30-day written notice.Dormant or Abandoned Projects:
If a project remains inactive or abandoned for more than 30 days, it is considered closed. No refunds will be issued for such cases.
